Eming Piansay is a writer, podcast producer and video editor focused on building stories that actually connect.

She is currently the Multimedia Editor at Smart Meetings, where she covers industry trends, event strategy and emerging technology, and produces podcasts including Smart Start Radio and What One Thing?. Her work is grounded in one idea: the best content does more than inform, it creates connection.

Eming got her start at New America Media at 18 and spent seven years growing from intern to Managing Editor of YO! Youth Outlook Magazine and education reporter, leading editorial work while mentoring young voices.

She holds an MFA in Editing for Motion Pictures and Television and has taught filmmaking to youth across the Bay Area.

In 2018, she co-founded Kwest On Media, a platform built to amplify underrepresented voices. Today, she continues to lead editorial strategy and produce content that centers authenticity, trust and impact.
